Recruitment Process

It is always a two-way discussion rather than a one-way formal communication.

In Interviews we seek detailed information on the past work history and the achievements as well as provide a fair chance to discuss the expectations from the Society and from the job.

Depending on the definite Job Position for which you are being considered, the nature, number of interviews, time duration, and complexity of questions vary. For analytical roles, we share business problems with the employee and assess his/her potential problem solving skills.
